| Our support staff is abreast of state-of-the-art
hardware and software, troubleshooting techniques and work-arounds
that are required to address problems in an efficient manner. All
Technical Support and Maintenance plans include a dedicated point
of contact who is familiar with your web site’s requirements,
ongoing projects and deadlines. Depending upon the complexity of
the request, most jobs are completed within 24 hours. Some of our
clients have commented that they think of their dedicated point
of contact as an extension of their staff. |
