WebHelp is a sophisticated, elegant and easy to use dynamic FAQ web site add–on that brings customer service and two-way communication to all association web pages. WebHelp encourages site visitors to remain on association sites by enabling site visitors to find the answers they need instantly; members and site visitors enter their questions into a text box and get an automatic answer. If there is no corresponding answer in the database the site user can then communicate via WebHelp with the appropriate staff member. The new answer can then be added to the dynamic knowledgebase so that the next user with the same type of question can get their answer automatically. Over time as the database grows the system becomes more and more efficient supplying site visitors with the answers they need instantaneously.
You can add, edit, and delete new and existing answers.
Publish or delete FAQs according to their relevancy to the web site.
Built-in natural language search functionality of WebHelp enables site users to search the knowledgebase system online using full-text natural language questions.
If users do not find an answer in the existing knowledgebase, they can submit their question and receive a personalized response from you by e-mail.
New incoming questions can be automatically added to your help system thus creating a dynamic and valuable knowledgebase for you and your site users.

FAQ’s are automatically ranked based on frequency of question.
Overall Summary: The start screen provides you with a quick overview of the system performance, how many questions are in the system, their status, top questions and users.

You can create virtually unlimited topics to organize your questions and have a virtually unlimited number of questions.
You can easily change the look and feel of your help system by editing a single CSS file.
Multimedia Content Support: By using HTML code in your answers, you can post content using plain text or HTML elements like graphics and videos.
Internal Notes System: You can save notes and memos with your answer’s to store additional information about any particular question or topic.
MS Access and SQL Server: Works with both Microsoft Access and SQL Server databases (full script included). By using SQL Server you’ll provide scalable strength to the application.
