edit and manage the content of your web site with little technical
training. No HTML knowledge is required.
Workflow within your organization is easily managed with the use
of Web Modules. The series allows you to assign administrative,
publisher, and editor roles. Only publishers can post information
directly to the web site.
With Web Modules all content is date sensitive allowing you
to schedule when information appears in the site and when it
should be automatically removed. Web Modules also allow your
staff to build an archive of resources such as news items, external
links, white paper lists, job listings, etc.
Important system features include automatic document expiration,
tracking of hits, archiving of documents, the “e-mail a friend” feature,
the “remind me” button, a searchable user interface,
and the option to syndicate content. All Web Modules can be re-purposed
for e-mail, print and web distribution without inefficient data
duplication.
Also, unlike many other CMS, ISProductions‘ Web Modules
allow you to separate the design phase of your site redesign
from the data and the program. There is no site redesign requirement
to utilize ISProductions’ Web Modules.
